Real Estate Assessments

JTS’ staff has conducted countless Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) and Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA). Our Property Condition Reports meet the requirements of ASTM E2018-15, the established standard for assessments of commercial properties and conducted by Licensed Professional Engineers. Our Phase I ESAs meet the requirements of ASTM E1527-13; the established benchmark for CERCLA’s innocent landowner defense.  Our Phase I ESAs are conducted by Environmental Professionals who meet the requirements of the EPA’s AAI Standard and generally licensed Asbestos Inspectors. JTS’ staff are experienced in a multitude of property types including office, retail, industrial and multi-family. The Virginia of Housing and Development Authority (VHDA) has been a repeat client as has been national clientele.
