Kenneth J. Cordo, PE

Ken J. Cordo, P.E., RS is the owner of JTS, LLC, is a licensed engineer in the Commonwealth of Virginia, possessing more than 30 years of experience in the engineering field.  ken 


Ken has performed forensic evaluations on both wood-framed and masonry structures. He has served as an expert witness in cases related to dispute resolution, focusing on building codes, construction practices, installation methods, and construction materials. 


Ken obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois and later earned his Master of Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University.  Ken has been also recognized by the Community Associations Institute with the Reserve Specialist designation.

J. Randy Atkins

 J. Randy Atkins is an Electrical Engineer with more than 25 years of experience in engineering and fieldwork. Randy has served as a Project Engineer during the construction of power generation facilities, as well as state and municipal institutional projects. 


Randy graduated from the Virginia Military Institute (VMI). Since joining JTS, his projects have encompassed the Police Headquarters Building, several DBHDS initiatives, and various State Agencies, including the Virginia Treasury Department and the Virginia Department of Veteran Services.  


Currently, Randy holds the position of Project Manager at the Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services.

W.M. (Bill) Davidge, PE

 W.M. (Bill) Davidge is one of the professional engineers at JTS. Throughout his 46-year career, the types of buildings he has worked on encompass offices, industrial facilities, dormitories, medical and educational institutions, hotels, power generation plants, museums, and numerous other categories. His projects have included highway and railway bridges of varying spans (short, medium, and long), dams, towers, tunnels, and various underground structures 


His knowledge and experience extend to inspection, structural analysis, force protection, construction management, and forensic consulting. He has been invited to speak at engineering conferences nationwide including those sponsored by ASCE, SEI, ACI, ASHE, and AWPA


Bill holds a graduate degree in MS, Structural Engineering from George Washington University and a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Virginia.

Trippe dixon

Clay J. Gills

W.M. (Bill) Davidge, PE

Trippe Dixon brings to JTS with extensive expertise, boasting over 30 years in construction management, inspection, estimation, and serving as Clerk-of-the-works. 


Trippe Dixon served in the US Army and studied at Colorado Technical University’ in project management.  He has successfully overseen projects totaling up to $22 million, which include the Henrico County Government, the Commonwealth Attorney's office, and the Circuit Court of Henrico.


Trippe is presently providing assistance with projects at Central and Eastern State Hospital, in addition to various Community Reserve Studies.

Clay J. Gills

Clay Gills brings over 15 years of experience in architecture and landscape architecture, with a career rooted in producing high-quality construction documents for multi-use commercial and residential developments. 


As Project Manager at JTS, Clay specializes in third-party structural forensics, site assessments, capital reserve studies, and investigative reporting. 


Clay holds a bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture from West Virginia University and is currently pursuing a master’s in architecture at the Boston Architectural College.

Sherri Atkins joined JTS with more than 25 years of experience in office management. She possesses expertise in executing process enhancements, overseeing budgets, and facilitating efficient office operations.  


Sherri spent 16 years in the housing sector, serving as a property manager for various large property management firms in Virginia and Florida.
