Kenneth J. Cordo, P.E., RS is a licensed engineer in the Commonwealth of Virginia with over 30 years of engineering experience. He has conducted forensic evaluations involving wood-framed and masonry structures. He has served as an expert witness in dispute resolution cases involving building codes, construction practices and installation methods, and construction materials.
Ken graduated from the University of Illinois with a BS in Civil Engineering and earned his MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Ken has been awarded by the Community Associations Institute as receiving the Reserve Specialist designation.
J. Randy Atkins is an Electrical Engineer with over 25 years of engineering and field-related experience. Randy has worked as a Project Engineer operator during construction of power generating plants as well as state and municipal institutional facilities.
J. Randy Atkins is a graduate of Virginia Military Institute (VMI).
Since joining JTS, projects have included, the Police Headquarters Building, Multiple DBHDS Projects, and various tenant fit ups for State Agencies
including the Virginia Treasury Department and Virginia Dept of Veteran Services.
Randy is currently working as a Project Manager for the Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services.
W.M. (Bill) Davidge is amongst JTS' P.E., Over the course of his 46 years career, Bill has designed and evaluated a wide variety of structures. Building types have included offices, industrial plants, dormitories, medical and educational facilities, hotels, power generation facilities, museums, and many other types. Projects included highway and railway bridges (short, medium and long span), dams, towers, tunnels, and other underground structures.
His knowledge and experience extend to inspection, structural analysis, force protection, construction management, and forensic consulting. He has been invited to speak at engineering conferences nationwide including those sponsored by ASCE, SEI, ACI, ASHE, and AWPA. He has been an active member, including holding offices in many professional and technical organizations.
Bill is a graduate with his degree in:

Trippe Dixon comes to JTS with vast knowledge of over 30 years of construction management, inspecting, estimating and Clerk-of-the-works.
Trippe Dixon served in the US Army and studied at Colorado Technical University’ in project management. Trippe has managed projects upmost of $22M, including Henrico County Government, the Commonwealth Attorney office, and the Circuit court of Henrico.
Trippe is currently assisting with projects at Central and Eastern State Hospital and numerous Community Reserve Studies.
