JTS’ growth has fueled a need for expertise in personnel management. As we have added staff with a background in HR Practices, we can now support other organizations with their Personnel Needs. JTS can support an organization by providing staff training or team building exercise, requirements for posting of federal and state requirements, or reviewing personnel practices. Sometimes these personnel policies are conducted in conjunction with our CIH Team Member or are a stand-alone review. For example, JTS personnel have conducted employee compensation reviews and JTS has completed a wage compensation study on behalf of a local Community Service Board. Our available training modules include Workplace Safety, Harassment/Discrimination Prevention, Turnover Rates and Reduction, and Effective Management.
