Environmental Services

 JTS can support a Building Owner’s Regulatory Environmental compliance. Our staff have developed Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasures (SPCC) Plans and worked with Facility Managers to implement the Plans. We have worked on Underground and Above-ground Storage Tank Compliance including reviewing the structural integrity of secondary containment systems. Our staff have worked on UST removals. We have inspected private land-owner storm water facilities and completed municipal inspection reports. Finally, we have staff that have been involved in the redevelopment of brownfield sites.
