Dispute Resolution

Unfortunately, not every construction project comes to a successful conclusion. Sometimes there are disagreements with the interpretation of the construction documents or application of the building code or costs spiral out of control. JTS has conducted reviews of these projects and has issued expert opinions so that reasonable compromises can be negotiated. Our reports have been presented in the Courts of Virginia and our staff have been declared experts by the Courts of Virginia.  We have given depositions and testified in Courts as well as arbitration hearings.
