JTS currently has a Virginia State-wide contract for providing Project Managers and Project Inspectors available to Virginia State Agencies and Virginia Municipalities. JTS supports government agencies by supplementing their Capital Outlay Program with our Project Managers and Clerk-of-the-Works (Project Inspector/ Owner’s On-site Representative). Virginia staff have completed the Virginia Construction and Professional Services Manual Training and are familiar with Virginia DEB requirements. Since the firm’s inception we have worked in the Governor’s Mansion, Western Forensics Laboratory, VMI, Central State Hospital, Piedmont Geriatric Hospital and have completed multiple projects in the downtown Capitol Complex. In addition to our State experience, we have supported municipalities with their Capitol Program including the New Police Headquarters for the Town of Front Royal. Our Project Managers generally have over 25 years’ experience with much of that experience gained by working for large engineering firms or general contractors.
