Kenneth J. Cordo, P.E. is a licensed engineer in the Commonwealth of Virginia with over 30 years of engineering experience. He has conducted forensic evaluations involving wood-framed and masonry structures. He has served as an expert witness in dispute resolution cases involving building codes, construction practices and installation methods, and construction materials.
Ken graduated from the University of Illinois with a BS in Civil Engineering and earned his MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Maurice W. White, PhD, PE, is a licensed engineer in the states of Maryland and Commonwealth of Virginia with greater than 15 years of forensics experience. He has experience investigating foundation systems, wall and floor framing, roof trusses and rafters for residential construction, and foundations and steel framing for commercial construction. In addition, he has investigated block, concrete, and timber retaining walls, and fire walls in buildings.
Dr. White has testified as an expert witness in dispute resolution cases in various subject matters. He has authored articles in national engineering publications. Maurice earned his PhD in Engineering from Virginia Tech and his undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware.
J. Randy Atkins is an Electrical Engineer with over 25 years of engineering and field-related experience. Randy has worked as a Field Engineer during construction of power generating plants as well as state and municipal institutional facilities.
Mr. Atkins is a graduate of Virginia Military Institute (VMI).
